The delivery time of an order depends on the availability of products in stock. If at the time of placing the order all the selected products are in stock, we will deliver the order within 1–2 weeks, depending on the distance to your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time may be 8 weeks. However, we strive to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are dispatched within the first 3 weeks. In the event that part of the products from your order has not arrived at the warehouse within 3 weeks, we will ship all available products first and later send you the remaining part of the order at our expense.
