SHARP BLADE
The sharp blade made of hard ceramic will not lose its properties over time. The knife can be used to cut soft fruits and vegetables, thawed semi-finished products, and chilled meat products. When using the knife, one should remember the fragility of its blade. Supra SK-K12 is not intended for cutting or chopping hard or frozen products.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Ceramic knives are easy to clean and wash. The knife blade does not retain food odors. It is recommended to store the ceramic knife separately from metal accessories.
COMFORTABLE HANDLE
The Supra SK-K12 handle is made of plastic. A silicone coating is applied to the handle. It prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand.
