Insert the tip of the meat thermometer into the flesh, avoiding contact with the bone, so the tip reaches the center of the piece. When roasting in foil, the scale should be outside the foil. The roast will be ready when the indicator reaches the temperature marked by the corresponding symbol.
Attention: Do not allow leaking juice or fat to cover the scale. Remove from oven/grill after use. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Wipe dry. Do not immerse in water. Do not leave in self-cleaning
ovens during cleaning. Do not use in microwave ovens.
