The DJC Pioneer DDJ-SB2 controller is a MIDI device that connects to a computer via a USB 2.0 wired interface. To support the console's functions, special software called Serato DJ Intro will need to be installed on the base computer.
CONSOLE INTERFACE
The device is powered by an outlet or USB port. The console supports feedback with both wired and wireless microphones (not included in the package). For audio output to headphones, the console's interface includes two jacks - a 3.5-millimeter one (consumer) and a 6.3-millimeter one (professional). In addition to these jacks, the console has a standard RCA-type audio output (RCA connector).
COMPATIBILITY WITH OPERATING SYSTEMS
The model is compatible with Windows operating systems starting from version seven. Apple's operating systems support this device starting from version X 10.8. The system recognizes the console as a MIDI controller. Drivers for equipment installation can be downloaded from the manufacturer's official website along with the client software - Serato DJ Intro.
BASE COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
The manufacturer guarantees reliable operation of the controller on computers with the following configuration: preferred processor type - Intel Core family; recommended display resolution - at least 1024x768 pixels; RAM - at least 1 GB.
