The music center is an alternative solution between a boombox and high-class Hi-Fi and Hi-End component equipment. Boomboxes are more often used by less demanding consumers for whom sound quality isn't of great importance, or as portable devices, for instance, for outdoor trips, picnics. Hi-End systems are designed for more demanding clients, but they are quite expensive and not affordable for everyone. In such a case, a music center is worth considering.
A music center is a combination of digital and analog technologies and offers many options for playing music. A standard music center consists of a CD player, radio receiver, and power amplifier. In more advanced models, there may be a DVD player, cassette player, and sometimes even a vinyl record player (LP).
